Laptop is freezing all of a sudden

    Even though it's not causing a BSOD anymore, now it just freezes for a very long time. I can't even use windows update because of some 8402801C error which I have no idea means. I need to know how to analyse the WU data

my laptop BSOD, when i just let it idle for a while.. i didnt get this BSOD before.. here the DM log, i seem cant use SF diagnostic, i run it several times, but when it finish, i check my desktop, and theres nothing there... only DM log works.. thanks :)
This has been an issue that's eluded me for sometime. I'm not sure what caused it to start, but this is something that bothers me. It would be up to 1-2 hours before my computer will start freezing. Once this happens, it seems me processor skyrockets up to 70-80% and then freezing every 1-2 minutes...
I've been using Firefox for years without any problems- however, the past few days I've started having issues. My PC locked up totally a couple days ago, unresponsive, requiring I pull the power cord to shut down. CTRL+ALT+DEL did nothing, couldn't click anything, power button did not respond....
