Approx 2 months ago my computer began to randomly die on me. I'd been planning to repave my system anyway, so I figured I'd give that a go before getting all worked up.. Anyways, that solved the problem (I went from x86 W7U to x64 W7U)... for 2 months. Now my computer is playing up again, rebooting randomly (no BSODs, just _dying_).
Any ideas where I even start troubleshooting this? There are no minidumps (no BSOD) so I'm not sure what to do.

One interesting thing I notice is

The kernel power manager has initiated a shutdown transition.
Any idea why it would initialize a shutdown?
I don't believe that COM object is causing your shutdowns, although I suppose anything is possible. That CLSID is for iTunes, so I would bet something else is failing between that event and the shutdown. If you remove iTunes, does the problem persist?
