    thanks for the reply yes i have the same error code page up on the pc now i was looking for a fix this error happens when i run system heath as you can see in the png.

    I found something for 0x8000fff (catastrophic failure)
    Error when you download updates using Windows Update or Microsoft Update: 8000FFFF

    i found this fix and have run it going to reboot and see if it has helped
