Did you do the disk check as recommended in Post 9?

No dump or error log recorded.

Hey guys happened again after chk dsk came with an error when it was trying to make a dump =O something like dump failed with an error code

"Physical memory dump FAILED with status 0xC0000185.
Contact your system Admin or technical support group for further assistance."

I've attatched the latest BSOD thing thanks for helping once again

Just on a hunch, try disabling your CD drive in Device Manager.

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:
Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
Zip up the copy.

Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

Sorry Tom, no dumps in his Minidump folder. That's the problem.

Proceed with the Kaspersky removal, and if that doesn't work, I may bring in some more help.
