    That did not surprise me. I suspect a hardware and/or driver issue. My suspects are video adapter, network adapter and audio adapter. Go ahead with these instructions: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

    i also applied the hhotfix, and i think mozilla firefox is having problems to because that was freeezing, switched to chrome and im fine

    one more thing that might help you guys figure out what is wrong with my machine...

    it will freeze before you open the desktop. from the screen where you select user, if you wait too long it will freeze there as well. not sure if that matters, but it seems then to be happeninig from windows alone, or am i missing something.

    when i select diagnostic start up it automatically changes to selective start up with basic services. seems to run fine. no internest or sound. like safe mode with better screen resolution. no "boot log" displayed? what should i see? trying it with start up items...

    so same thing with start up items. no problem, limited services. changed back to normal, let me send one email and freeze.
