Might be a trojan. Try booting up into safe mode. Then run malwarebytes and your virus scanner.

just so you know, you should not run registry cleaners or McAfee. You can go here to get an idea of what most of us think of McAfee: McAfee Update (8/9/10) causes win 7 Problems

Reg cleaners a notorious for deleting good keys. This results in programs not being able to run, services or features becoming unusable, or the OS being left unable to boot. I'm one of those people that tried one when they first heard about them. A few hours after I tried using it, I had XP reinstalled, but lost some documents and pictures I considered to be very important.

I hope you get everything sorted. I just wanted to put this info here for you to see.

Thanks For The Advice Friend. But I'm A Little Too Late Already Did It...

    Also What's The Best Anti-virus Recommended For Win 7 64bit ?

I Ran Tune Up Utilities 2010 And It Found Many Reg Errors...
Did Repair But The Problem Was Still there.
Also Full System Sac With McAfee Many Viruses But The Problem Was Still there.

Note: McAfee Did Dectet The Trojan When It Occured And Did Say That It Was Quarintened...But The Problem Was Still there.

Just Finished Running This Mal-ware Program Found Over 200 Viruses. But Now Win 7 Crashes And Reboots On Its Own And The Problem Is Still There...

Can you do a system restore to a point before you installed the reg cleaner?

Also, I recommend MSE. It is free, runs well, and has one a few awards since it came out about a year ago.
