    I wonder if ESET is causing the issue.

    Please remove it with this tool: http://download.eset.com/special/ESETUninstaller.exe

    Install MSE (free) for the time being: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

    ESET is known to be stable, so if ESET is indeed the cause, I'll send this thread to an ESET beta tester I know.

    Turn off Verifier, as given instructions here: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    Then just wait and see if you get more BSODs.
