    Receiving the message "Windows Explorer is not responding" a lot

    After i click on desktop there is showing me WIndows Explorer is not responding and all is white in background.

    Hi and Welcome,

    Can you please run system file check? In case system files are corrupted, it might be able to fix them all
    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
    as well as disk check:
    Disk Check

    What programs or application running at the time of crash? Third party firewall or AV can cause that.

    This is happen when i change resolution or by closing fullscreen games.

    Yeah, first of all please do the following things I suggested. It can be video drivers that is not working properly. You might want to try re-install the graphic card driver to see if the problem is solved.
    When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

    When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

    SFC /SCANNOW detected no problem and I reinstalled my graphic driver and updated it. That solved my problem . Thanks ttran.
