Daemon Tools isn't the problem, because before I re-installed Windows I didn't had Daemon Tools on it.

Based upon what you are telling me sounds like one of the programs that you installled. That was mentioned as a cause right at the beginning.

I still think it's something in the BIOS, first after the update and installing some crap called Asus Express Gate the system wouldn't boot like normal, eventually trying to reset the CMOS it would boot but Express Gate was still there. Still running the Memtest
