    Critical error reboot loop

    Dear all,

I installed windows 7 32 bit version and after it worked fine for a couple days, I installed some software etc.

    1 GB RAM DDR2
2.2 dual core AMD athlon processor
    175 GB Harddisk SATA.
    Creative audigy SE sound card
    Geforce graphics card.
Couple years old, and windows 7 now installed for the first time.

And now suddenly it started saying "critical error in windows, windows is rebooting in 1 minute. Safe all your files"
And then it rebootes and then it gives the error again after around 30 seconds when it is in windows itself.

I have no idea what it is and the repair option didn't find the answer it said it is unsolvable via the repair function and it is an unknown problem.

How/where can I see why windows keeps rebooting?
And when I do a new system install, do I then keep my files or will the HD be formatted?

Also I can't get into safe mode via F8 and I just noticed when I unplugged the network cable for internet that I get a message from windows firewall that it asks if 80899.exe should be allowed, and I don't get the critical error now.
Already a virus in such a short notice?

    Constantly also getting the error:
    "80899.exe stopped working"

What was the software you installed exactly?

And does the same thing happen if you boot in to safe mode?

I can't get into safe mode, and when internet is not connected the pc doesn't restart and I don't get that critical error either, but I constantly now keep getting the message of the 80899.exe file which is not working.
I installed VLC player and I installed uTorrent and malware bytes.
I noticed that 80899.exe file is also in the firewall of windows as an allowed program and I created a .dmp file from it while it was in processes.
Maybe one of you can have a look what it is.
But I noticed that 80899.dmp file is 20 mb big, but I'll first run malware bytes and then plug in internet, but that 80899.exe file is constantly giving itself acces in the firewall as well public as on the network while I just deleted it from the list and I can't click on the checkmark to get it unchecked.
