Critical error reboot loop
Dear all,
I installed windows 7 32 bit version and after it worked fine for a couple days, I installed some software etc.
1 GB RAM DDR2
2.2 dual core AMD athlon processor
175 GB Harddisk SATA.
Creative audigy SE sound card
Geforce graphics card.
Couple years old, and windows 7 now installed for the first time.
And now suddenly it started saying "critical error in windows, windows is rebooting in 1 minute. Safe all your files"
And then it rebootes and then it gives the error again after around 30 seconds when it is in windows itself.
I have no idea what it is and the repair option didn't find the answer it said it is unsolvable via the repair function and it is an unknown problem.
How/where can I see why windows keeps rebooting?
And when I do a new system install, do I then keep my files or will the HD be formatted?
Also I can't get into safe mode via F8 and I just noticed when I unplugged the network cable for internet that I get a message from windows firewall that it asks if 80899.exe should be allowed, and I don't get the critical error now.
Already a virus in such a short notice?
Constantly also getting the error:
"80899.exe stopped working"
