Uninstall your Mouse Drivers completely if you haven't already.

What other USB devices do you have plugged in?

Keep the driver verifier running, see what else it picks up.

Reventon, I have a Logitech G500 mouse (uninstalled drivers), Logitech G330 headset (USB drivers installed using MS auto driver) MS Sidewinder keyboard (no drivers installed), and a Madcatz Xbox controller (USB drivers installed using MS auto driver).

I ran both Prime95 tests last night and this morning for at least 4 hours each with no errors and my core temps didn't get over 56 deg centigrade.

cluberti, I did remove all traces of usbfilter.sys in regedit and my system32 folder and rebooted but when I tried to watch another youtube video in full screen in 360p I got a lock up (no BSOD/Dump) with my sound making intermittent static noises.

Then, I ran driver verifier again and I did not get another BSOD.

Ok. Use the computer with only the Mouse/Keyboard plugged in for a while and see if problems continue.

Upload any minidumps that you get.

Problem solved.
I did another re-format and a clean installation of Win 7.
But this time I let windows fully update and installed the necessary drivers such as GPU, Chipset and LAN.
Honestly I am afraid of installing the USB 3.0 drivers or the Realtek audio drivers just because I have a hunch that one of those were the problem.
Thank you everyone again for the help!!
I will make another thread if anything else pops up.
