Hello Crazygraphical ! Welcome to SF !

Seems like athrxusb.sys i.e. Atheros wireless driver is causing the problem. I would recommend to uninstall the Driver completely and Download a fresh copy of the Driver and install it. Please don't use Windows Update to update the Driver. Download it from manufactures website.

Uninstall Norton 360 completely and use the Removal Tool check this link to Download it Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support and then Download nad install Microsoft Security Essentials.

Update the nVidia Drivers download it from here NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.25 WHQL

    Out Dated Drivers

Ok, thank you. I'll try that now.

Atheros wireless driver however has me a little confused. All I see in my device manager is the Nvidia network driver and the Belkin network driver that I'm currently using.

I believe Belkin uses Atheros drivers so you might wanna find the updated drivers for Belkin network.
