I have started running Memtest again with two rams this morning. Will see result when i reach home.
Also the laptop came with 2 GB ram only. I replaced it with two 4 GB ram ( came as bundle) both are supposed to work in dual channel. So there might be compatibility issue between motherboard and those two new Ram.
I have updated the first post with new attachment containing the info required. Can you please help on this.
Can anyone please help on this issue. Thanks!
Hello,
Did you ran the MemTest86+ again with 2 RAM's plugged in ? Basically the Dump are blaming Core Windows Files with will be the actual problem so it's could be a Hardware issue. So please post us the result of MemTest so we can try some additional steps if required.
I checked the Model in website and if its T510 Lenovo - Laptop computers - ThinkPad T Series - Technical Specifications it says you can have Memory upto 4 GB DDR 3
Maybe that could be the problem

Also i have installed new Corsair Ram ( 8 gb ) by myself. Running Memtest on them again.

Thanks Capt! I ran the memory test and got result now.
It's failing on two addresses. I will RMA the ram, and will order new one.
Should i do some other hardware test to make sure everything else is perfect?
Also ,T 510 Support 8 gb PC3 -10600 SDRAM 1333 SoDIMM Memory ( 2Dimm) , they sell the same model with 8 GB ram also.
If your computer only supports 4GB, the 8GB of RAM could cause BSOD. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won't. It all depends on the computer. I doubt you would use all 8GB anyways, so try running it with just one stick installed, and see what happens. Update us with the results in 24-36 hours. If that turns out to be the problem, see if you can return the RAM and get 2x2GB sticks (for a total of 4GB) instead.
Thanks Petey7 ! I have Installed Sharepoint 2010 And couple of other memory intensive program. Usually it takes 4 - 5.5 Gb of Ram under normal usage. So i need at least 8 gb ram on laptop.
The laptop T510 supports 8 gb for sure ( that's why i bought it).

I would maybe see if I could contact Lenova about that. The link Cpt. provided is directly from Lenovo's main site, and it clearly says a maximum of 4GB. Your link appears to be from IBM's site, but they no longer maker the Thinkpad series. That was bought by Lenovo a few years ago. I would definitely make a phone call or send an email to confirm which is correct.
