3rd Build, Inexperienced and LOST, Please help with this BSOD.

Ok well basically lemme give the intro, this is my 3rd build, i am very inexperienced and do not even know where to start with this blue screen. The build :

i7 930 full version (not oem)(using retail heatsink aswell) not overclocked @ 2.8ghz
    Asus P6TD Deluxe X58 Mobo
    6GB OCZ Platinum XTC 1600mhz
    XFX 4890 1GB
    1tb samsung spinpoint hd103sj

I literally just collected these components and pieced them together and this has cost me a great deal of money, i've updated to the latest bios, and everything is perfect until i start gaming which is where i got these crashes, i started to get crashes at first in game with the pic freezing and nothing happening, recently it froze and then went to a BSOD which stated "a clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval" when i dont play games it never seems to happen, i recently downgraded my catalyst 10.8 driver to 10.4 so i can play an older game (SOF2) which then worked. But even with these games running the temperature is never raised to a dangerous point (CPU - below 45 degrees, and GPU Below 60).

So ill cut the crap and post NT6 BSOD and answer anything you guys have to ask to help solve this problem, i really feel lost atm and feel like i spent a crapload of money on something unstable, please help as i ofcourse have a decent amount of knowledge on computers to build 1 and assemble and get everything running but for the life of me i cannot solve problems like this, thanks.

P.S i could not find perfmon when i went to start, if some1 could point out how i can complete step 3 i would gladly do it, thank you so much for any help.
