Windows 7: Windows 7 - Multiple errors/BSODs/Black screen

Deadman - what did you do to fix the blackscreen errors?
FYI - Win7 has issues with compatibility of storage drivers. I found this out from a bug that I submitted a while back. I had to buy a new RAID card because the manufacturer wasn't going to develop Win7 drivers for my old one!

There were both of the following STOP errors in the dump files. They both involved improper memory operations - so there's a lot of ground to cover here.

From the Debugging Tools Help files:
STOP 0x3b -
Quote:
Cause - This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.
STOP 0x50 -
Quote:
Cause - Bug check 0x50 usually occurs after the installation of faulty hardware or in the event of failure of installed hardware (usually related to defective RAM, be it main memory, L2 RAM cache, or video RAM). Another common cause is the installation of a faulty system service.
Antivirus software can also trigger this error, as can a corrupted NTFS volume.
So, the most likely cause is bad memory (RAM) followed by video drivers/storage drivers or system services, which is then followed by a bunch of other stuff.

I would first suggest running the built in memory diagnostic (if it hasn't been run already. If it passes, then I'd update video drivers, storage drivers, chipset drivers, and any of the outdated drivers in the list that follows the BSOD errors.

Here's a summary of the BSOD errors:

I found out about the leaked Windows 7 RTM Build 7600 and downloaded to check the OS out. I've had no problems at first, but noticed that Counter Strike 1.6 would totally not work. Driver issue perhaps? I installed the latest driver windows updates found for me. On the other hand, World of Warcraft works perfectly. I am currently downloading a new version of CS 1.6 (Digitalzone's) to see if it works with 7.

I got a BSOD a few moments back.

Uploaded the dump file, can anyone take a look at it?

Oh, I found out that kaspersky Internet Security was not compatible with Windows 7 RTM Build 7600. Some drivers were responsible for the crashes, tried Bitdefender, Norton but I stuck with Outpost internet security in the end. I started by disabling those drivers then moved back to Win 7 RC 7100 yesterday. But I still notice I get the black screen bug when I run counter strike. Any idea how I could fix that?

EDIT:

Problem fixed! I unistalled the driver in Device Manager and let windows find it and install the correct driver automatically after rebooting. I can launch counter strike perfectly now. Still got some random BSODs though. My last one had no error code!
