    Rams at 100% and pc freeze?


    Hi i was testing my ram and when was testing at 100% whole pc froze, that means rams are bad?

Rams and FSB question

My cpu FSB is 800 mhz. I have 2 gb of ddr2 667mhz and 1 gb of ddr2 533mhz so 3 gb total. When I look at my Rams in the BIOS, it says the speed is 533mhz but not 667. What is my Rams really running at? And is it true that I'm supposed to try to match the Ram speed with my cpu FSB for best...
