    Random BSODs

I've been having these crashes for about a week. It usually happens when i'm watching South Park here: SpFreak.com - Watch All South Park Episodes Online Free!

Also: I do not have a floppy drive. I have no idea why the Device Manager say otherwise. I turned it off.

    [edit]
And what on earth is AMD Virtualization and why is it turned off in my BIOS ?
    [/edit]

    [edit2]
BTW. I just flashed my BIOS to version F3. This update slowed down my RAM. It went from 1600 to 1066. When i manually changed RAM speed, computer crashed moments before desktop showed. And my RAM is designed to run @1600 :/
    [/edit]

    [edit3]
Turned off floppy in BIOS. No longer an issue.
    [/edit]

There are problems with your Floppy Disk controller. This is a part that's built onto the motherboard. The easiest thing to do is to go into the BIOS and disable anything related to the Floppy Drive.

Virtualization is a function that'll enable you to use the advanced virtualization features of Win7 (running one OS within another OS). I'm not familiar with the AMD processors - but I'd suspect that you can't use the built in XP virtual machine in your copy of Win7

For the memory issues, read the documentation for the BIOS update to see if it refers to memory issues.
Can you flash back to the previous version?
Please run this memory test to see if there's any issues with your memory: Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)

The memory dump files point at a lot of different things. Since this is usually a symptom of a hardware/compatibility issue, I'd suggest running these free test:
    H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)

Then, if the above tests pass, I'd try these free stress tests:
FurMark download site: FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
    FurMark Setup:
    - If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
    - In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
    - Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
    - Click "Quit" to exit
Prime95 download site: Free Software - GIMPS
    Prime95 Setup:
    - extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
    - double click on the executable file
    - select "Just stress testing"
    - select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight you may want to run the "Small FFTs" test instead. (run all 3 if you find a problem and note how long it takes to error out with each)
    - "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
This won't necessarily crash the system - but check the output in the test window for errors.
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.
Two other video stress tests (may be more stressful than FurMark):
Video Memory stress Test - http://nvworld.ru/utilities/vmt/
    Artifact Locator - http://nvworld.ru/utilities/alocator/
Sorry, but I don't read the language that this website is made in.
FWIW - your Logitech device drivers are very out of date and should be updated also.

In addition to usasma's excellent advice (as always), I strongly recommend removing ZoneAlarm. It is well known for created the 'NETIO.sys' 7F BSODs, such as I see 4 of in his BSOD report.

Here is the removal tool: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe

Reset the Windows Firewall. Open an elevated command prompt and enter netsh firewall reset.

    @Usasma

I will post the results as soon as i finish the tests. Thank you for the help.

    @Jonathan_King

Command Prompt reported that "netsh firewall" command has been withdrawn and i should use "netsh advfirewall firewall" command. It also reported that the command "netsh firewall reset" was done.
