Random BSOD NEED HELP! T_T W7 Ultimate 64bit

I happen to have random bsod every week or day its pointing to ntoskrnl.exe file. I already bought a new memory Team Elite 2gb ddr2 800mhz still it gives BSOD.

I don't know if its hardware related anymore or software related I'm confused.

I'm thinking if my motherboard is the problem if it needs BIOS update but I'm scared on updating things when it comes to BIOS unless I'm sure it is the problem.

Can you guys Check my dump files pretty pls. >.<

Sure thing, These were all caused by two things

    1-Primary cause memory management

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

    2-secondary cause ASACPI.sys dated 2005

    ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005

    Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

Wow that was fast thanks thanks. I will do that thank you for giving some of your time to my problem, I appreciate it. ^^

I'll reply again to report if I'm BSOD free or not.

    Update

Downloaded it and installed it by double clicking AsAcpiIns.exe it installed via dos, computer restarted and I got a BSOD IRQL something, should I just copy and paste the driver ?

Because inside the zip it contains 2 folders 32bit and 64bit I go for the 64bit one, Inside it are 3 folders Win7, Win2000, WINVISTA, should I just copy and paste the file inside the Win 7 folder ?

Ok got an error in memtest 7 addresses. does that mean I have to change my memory ? On my 2gb memory I got 7 errors on the first pass before it hangs on the 2nd pass which is strange because that is newly bought memory only a month ago. =(

When I tried the 1GB memory my computer hangs on BIOS and Striker Splash screen. Sometimes it goes through booting sometimes it does not, does that mean the 1GB memory has a problem also ?

Memory may just not match each other. If you upgraded the new and the old may not work together (even if there are the same speed etc)

Try running memtest against only one stick of ram at a time

I tried that earlier because when I was using memtest using both memory(1GB\2GB) I was thinking how can check, If the error is coming from 1 or Both of them. So I canceled memtest removed the 2GB and Started my pc again. What happens is it hangs in the BIOS start up screen sometimes it looks for kinda a BIOS update in the cdrom sometimes it doesn't work at all and my computer beeps.

When I removed the 1GB memory and put back the new 2GB memory it went smooth and I decided to run memtest again thats where I got the 7 errors on just the first pass.

Btw what should I do about the ASACPI.sys update ?

I can still use my pc but a while ago it BSOD again it says page nonfault I provided the minidump again just in case you want it since its a different kind of error.

I restarted my pc again so far I'm not getting BSOD at the moment. ^^'

ZigZag is right on target. Update this driver ASAP following the instructions he provided. The one will cause BSOD's.

Just for you guys to know what I did specially Zigzag. As I was saying I already removed from what I think a faulty memory stick the 1GB one. I'm using 1 memory stick which is the 2GB one which memtest said has 7 errors, I updated also the ASACPI.sys so far no BSOD at the moment.

Strange few hours ago when I was using both memory sticks, I followed what zigzag said on ASACPI.sys Immediately I installed it after it restarted, I got the BSOD.

Another thing Is should I also update my BIOS cause its not updated, But the Asus gave me a warning before downloading the latest BIOS.

(Please note, BIOS update is only recommended when experiencing technical difficulties with your system, And is not recommended to be performed regularly.
Moreover, due to the nature of BIOS update, there is certain level of dangers involved. BIOS update must be performed with extreme caution . During BIOS update process, your system must be maintained without interference or power loss to prevent unexpected damage.
In case of BIOS update failure, please follow instructions in your User's Manual for guidelines on BIOS recovery via CrashFree BIOS. In the event that BIOS recovery is not recoverable via CrashFree BIOS, please contact your place of purchase for further assistance on BIOS recovery.)

Again thank you guys for giving your time on fixing my problem. ^^

    I have few questions here:

    1. What should I do with the 2GB mem stick which memtest said has 7 errors ? should I return it to the shop ? all team elite memory has lifetime warranty but I still have shop warranty.

    2. 79°C - 82°C for cpu temp normal ?
