Blue Screen error with usbvideo.sys debug help please

    I'm very sorry but this is all new to me. How do I reinstall the usbvideo.sys driver?

    Also, all the other stuff you are asking me to do I have no idea how to do it. I'm afraid I might do something to make things worse.

    Are there step by step instructions on how to do what you have described?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    P.S. Should I send the computer to Dell to have them replace the video card as they suggested or is this a software problem?

    If indeed that was their suggestion you should do as they recommend.

    Here are the results of the scan. I tried to update the drivers but Windows said they were all up to date. I'm not sure of any other way to do it.
