I get this bluescreen a couple of times now, it occurs mostly when im playing games or watching a video on Windows Media Player. The things in the zip are dutch (as my system language is dutch) so I hope someone who can read dutch will be able to help me in this problem and maybe solve it with me.

I uploaded a perfmon and a Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 in the same zip.
If you got any questions about my pc or anything else, ask me please.

    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? It's Windows 7 Professional x64.
    - the original installed OS on the system? No, half a year ago I installed Windows 7 x64 home premium on it. Then I upgraded it. The original OS is Windows Vista x64 home
    - an OEM or full retail version? Full retail.

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? Probably a year, bought the PC in July 2009.
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) I think like 6-8 months.

    PC specs:
    Ati Radeon HD5770
    4GB Ram
    Intel Core2 Quad Q8200 @ 2.33GHz
    Windows 7 Professional x64

These three were caused by memory corruption, A system service caused it.

I would test the memory first

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Then I would run a system file check

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
    SFC /SCANNOW

read here for more information SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Let us know the results from the report at the end.

Hello and thank you for your reply, somehow I got it fixed by updating my ATI card his driver and some other drivers 'Driver Detective' told me they were out-of-date. But somehow now I get another bluescreen called: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

Do you want me to reupload a new Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 ?

Also the sfc /scannow says me there has been found no problems. I can't run a memtest as I lack the empty cd's.

You can just upload the new BSOD - https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...en-forums.html

Edited to add: You can run Memtest via a memory stick, also.

I took a quick look at your drivers.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Do NOT select "reinstall"; select "uninstall".

I also find some out of date drivers. Older drivers cause problems with Win 7. They can and do cause memory corruption and crashes.

In two of your dumps, there is evidence that this driver was involved in the crash:

    ManyCam_x64.sys Thu Mar 13 03:46:01 2008

It is way outdated. Update this driver or uninstall the camera and upgrade to one certified compatible with Win 7.

    gdwfpcd64.sys Mon Jul 06 21:07:21 2009
    GRD.sys Fri Jul 10 03:15:01 2009
    HookCentre.sys Fri Jun 19 06:27:04 2009
    lirsgt.sys Sun May 17 09:06:57 2009
    nvraid.sys Wed May 20 02:39:40 2009
    nvstor.sys Wed May 20 02:45:37 2009
    yk62x64.sys Mon Feb 23 10:02:27 2009
Update these drivers. Here is how to find drivers. Post back if you need help.

    - I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box below. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page:

Thanks for all your answers and help, but just to be sure I just formatted the harddisk and reinstalled Windows 7, all and all it went okay, but nowi got bluescreens again, so probably it's my hardware now, but the BSOD didn't gave me any information, but windows said:
