    Windows 7 - Kernel-Power (Event ID: 41)

    Hi.I have problem with my laptop freezing during gaming or even "doing nothing".I got this issue yesterday 5 times previously maybe 3 times.
    I send You as You suggest Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 and PERFMON HTML folder to help me to fix this problem.

    I have original preinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits on my 3 months old laptop which is released in this year.I use this version since I got this laptop, I didn't make reinstall.
    Thank You for Your help and I hope You'll help me to fix this issue.

    Your upload did not contain any DMP files Please use these and try it again

    We really need the actual DMP file.

    If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Start your own thread in the "Crashes and Debugging" section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    * Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.
