I am currently scanning now with malwarebytes which was already installed. I can't run in safe mode right now since I am uploading the video to show the problem deeper on youtube. I hope I don't have to be running it in safmode.

Well I stopped the scan for right now since I found some. They are all adware.MyWebSearch but 1 of the them was not adware, it was Broken.OpenCommand. The item was, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\regfile\shell\open\command\(default). Anyone know what I should do now? Should I remove it?

I removed all the adware and the trojan downloader and trojan agent that was found my malwarebytes. I did not remove that other file yet till someone tells me it is safe to remove it.

Oh, that did not fix the problem, I still have the problem.

Seems like we might be going in the right direction. Why did you stop the scan? Did you update your malwarebytes database (4585)? If you performed a quick scan, redo as full scan. Let it finish before you stop it. Do all this in safe mode.

What anti-virus program are you running? Does this also have the latest virus definition table? Run your anti-virus scan in safe mode.

Okay, maybe we have a lot of processor activity. Check to see if something is grabbing a lot of cpu. Also, I liked the idea of checking for malware and viruses. Sorry, can't recall if Ken or somebody else said that.
And actually, writing to the disk would cause the sound you are hearing. Ken, would that be indexing or something else?
Could be indexing, or page file, or hibernation file, if it is making a really unusual sound I would make sure to back up my data

I would follow Lemurs advice at this point.

Reboot into safe mode, And allow Malwarebytes to do a FULL scan.
Let it complete and do not stop it, and remove any threats it finds.

You may need to run a second scan afterwards as well. I would reboot the machine back into to safe mode for a second run just to be safe.
