BSOD on shut down

    BSOD on shut down


    hi im new to the site wondering if any one can help

    i have a re occuring bsod on shut downs
    taking 5 mins + to shut down and then will restart only way to shut down is by holding down start buton

    brand new toshibah a505 s6033
    win 7 home premium
    i7
    8gig ram
    nvidia geforce 310m

    It looks as if the Toshiba drive protection program is the cause. Try removing or updating it, and see what happens.
