BSOD HP Pavillion DV3T Memory Dump

I have had this problem for several months, the laptop was restored to factory image and the motherboard replaced under warranty by HP and the problem continues.
When the laptop lid is closed and it goes to sleep, the next time I open the laptop it says Windows has recovered from a serious error. This sometimes happens when I shut down normally.

I have a memory dump file of 374MB uploaded to a site where the download link is only valid until September 12. Send large files - Transfer big files - Short-term backup - Temporary file storage - FTP substitute
How can I get someone to look at it?
HP tech support does not seem to have the ability to troubleshoot memory dumps and instead want me to do a bunch of manual tests and scans that were done already before the laptop was sent in when they tried replacing the system board.

    Troubleshooting Files

    Here are the report files.
The laptop is about 1 year old. The OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit OEM.
The factory image was Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit OEM and was upgraded to Windows 7 using the HP-provided Windows 7 upgrade DVD media (laptop was purchased during the time Vista was preloaded, but HP provided free Windows 7 upgrades by mail after purchase).

    Thanks.

You zipped the collection program rather than the results of the collection program. :) Try it again. Clcik on that exe program and run it.

This appears to be a driver problem.

Error code 9F, DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE - usual cause is a device driver.

The dump directly blames NETw5s64.sys; however, it is up to date and may have been affected by other things.

You have some really out of date drivers. Obsolete drivers can and do cause conflicts, memory corruption and crashes. The 2008 drivers are really obsolete.

Update these drivers beginning with the 2008 drivers.

    How to update drivers:
    - I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box below. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
I will be glad to help you find the drivers. Update your chipset drivers.

I went to the HP support website and downloaded and installed all the latest drivers. It seemed to be fixed for a couple of weeks, then started crashing again. It crashed about one week ago, but didn't overwrite the old dump file, so I changed the settings to make sure it did next time. I did get a screenshot of the error though and included it in the attached zip file.
It crashed again last night and I have also attatched the new report.

Can you see what the problem may be?

This dump is almost identical to your first dump.

Error code 9F, DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE - usual cause is a device driver.

    It again directly blames NETw5s64.sys.

I see that you have updated drivers; but there are still some out of date drivers on your system. The drivers in red font are way out of date. Are these the cause of your crashes? I don't know; but I do know that they are not helping your system's stability.

What IR devices are you using? Keyboard? Mouse? Your IR controller is obsolete and not compatible with Win 7. Let me know what IR devices you are using; I may have something to try.

Have you tried to update the driver for your card reader from the Realtek site? If you can't update the driver; you are going to have to uninstall the card reader and upgrade to a card reader compatible with Win 7.

Post back and we will try disabling the drivers and see how that affects your system.

The upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 was done using an HP-provided upgrade disc and the laptop was sold including a free upgrade to Windows 7 when the OEM upgrade became available. So, there should not be any hardware not compatible with Windows 7.
I can't understand how drivers can be so old when the laptop is only 1 year old and I downloaded all the drivers for this laptop from:

Software & Driver Downloads HP Pavilion dv3t-2000 CTO Entertainment Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

It is a laptop with no external devices connected. The card reader is built into the laptop.
The only thing that would use IR would be the HP Mobile Remote control for playing media. Manuals for HP Pavilion Mobile Remote Control - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

I downloaded the IR driver from here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s..._lang=&os=4063

I just noticed the Realtek driver doesn't ever install, so a generic Microsoft driver from 2006 is being installed instead. I tried both the download from HP and the RealTeK link you provided. Each time, it always shows the Microsoft generic driver after running setup.
If I try manually browsing to the inf file in the 64bit folder, an error pops saying it is not a compatible driver.
