Random BSOD

The memory dump blames your wireless driver (athrusb.sys) - but previous memory dumps also suggest issues with your Kaspersky Internet Security (klif.sys) and your ULead CD/DVD program (ULCDRHlp.sys)

So, let's start with the SMCWUSB-G 802.11g Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter. First, USB adapters like this have many issues, and there are even more issues with Win7. I would strongly suggest a wireless card that plugs into your motherboard rather than the USB device - as they are more powerful and more reliable.

That being said, please download a fresh copy of the Win7 drivers for this device from this link: SMC Networks - SUPPORT EN_USA
Then, uninstall the current drivers
Then, install the freshly downloaded drivers
Then, test for further BSOD's.

If that doesn't stop the BSOD's, the next thing to try is this:

Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the Kaspersky from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of Kaspersky using this free tool: Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's

Also, please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.

- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to

It's possible. Without updated USB wireless drivers we see all sorts of issues.
I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer of the device to see if they have Win7 drivers - if not, then I'd get a Win7 wireless card to stick inside of your system. They're more powerful and more reliable.
