Windows 7: Another BSOD. Cause?

It sounds like you are using the Windows Memory Diagnostic.

Be sure to use Memtest86, as shown here: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

To clarify, I am running memtest86+ on my desktop, posting from my laptop. Sorry for the confusion.

3 passes through on memtest86+ and it's showing 0 errors now with the 4x2GB configuration and the updated settings and drivers. I'm going to let it run overnight but expect no errors to show up as they normally show up within an hour on the first pass. So where to from here guys?

Install this Realtek driver: Realtek

If the BSODs persist, please enable driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Wait for a few BSODs, and then follow this BSOD sticky: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
