The only thing I notice out of order on your system is Avast. It is not uncommon for Avast to cause BSODs, so please remove it with this tool: http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear5.exe

Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

If the BSODs persist, enable driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Wait for a few BSODs, then follow these directions: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

Memtest was on pass 9, 10.5 hours, according to the image.

Could this be a heat problem? Download Speedfan and find out.

I've downloaded speedfan and left it running in the background while the computer has been in use.

So far, about an hour in, everything seems fine. This is to my knowledge anyway, here is a screenshot just incase.

I also, just to cover everything, have followed the instructions from your first post. I enabled driver verifier, allowed a few BSOD to occur and then used the .exe and saved a performance check. Please find those attached.

The system is Windows 7 64 bit, its the original install, brand new hard drive and it hasnt been reinstalled since, Its an OEM Home Premium copy, Hardware is 5 days old, along with the OS.

I will begin testing the individual sticks of RAM and each of the motherboard RAM slots tonight as you pointed out to in your previous post.

I hope this is of some use and hopefully points towards the cause! I appreciate all your help with this as I'd be very lost otherwise!

EDIT - Just to let you know, the BSOD's only come up as I power on the system, it never seems to lock up or just crash. Its always as the system is powering up it will have trouble and BS. It then gives me the option once restarted to try system restore or detect a fix, which I have done several times but to no avail. Hope this helps!
