BSOD Randomly, need a hand here.

I've just bought a new motherboard and processor few days ago and BSOD occurs few times a day. Today it happens when i start Starcraft 2. Yesterday it happens when I'm trying to edit photos.

    OS: Retail Win7 Professional 64bit
    System Manufacturer/Model Number
    N/A
    OS
    Windows 7 Professional 64bit
    CPU
    Intel Core i5 760, 3600 MHz
    Motherboard
    Asus P7P55D-E LX
    Memory
    2 x 2 GB DDR3-1600
    Graphics Card(s)
    ATI Radeon HD4890
    Sound Card
    Creative Audigy SE
    Monitor(s) Displays
    Samsung SyncMaster 2333
    Screen Resolution
    N/A
    Hard Drives
WD Caviar Black 1TB SATA 3.0

Would you please help me to analyze what is the problem? I've attached the zip file.

Please uninstall these (they have all had issues with Win7):
    Catalyst Control Center
ESET Smart Security (You can reinstall it later if you don't have any further issues)
    NEC USB 3.0 Controller

I'm unsure of these as I don't read this language:
    搜狗拼音输入法
    搜狗拼音输入法\链接

2 of the 3 dump files blame mv91xx.sys
    - a component of your Marvell MV91xx AHCI/RAID driver. Please visit the Marvell website to obtain the latest version of the drivers. Then uninstall the drivers that are currently installed on your system and install the freshly downloaded drivers.

Also, please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.
Please use the following instructions to locate the most currently available drivers to replace the one's that you uninstall OR remove:
    How To Find Drivers:
    - I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box below. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

Here's the older drivers (You can look them up here: Driver Reference ).
Please pay particular attention to any dated 2008 or earlier:
    Code:
