win7 64 BSOD on start every time + showing OS partition as unformatted

Hello i am getting a BSOD right at startup after windows logo and thats as far as it gets then restarts.

    The Error is

    Unmountable_boot_volume

    (0xFFFFFA80029F0AD0, 0xFFFFFFFFC000009C, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000

I throw the hard drive in another system and it shows the OS partition as unformatted and the others as normal. This is a new sata 500 gig, this also happened to me several times with the sata drive that i replaced. (thoguht it was the drive, guess not)

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Edit:

Id also like to add that this seems to happen after our power goes out. I have not installed anythign for the last week or so. The system will not boot no matter what i do. The last 5 times or so this has happened I just reinstalled win without recovering data.
