Seemingly random BSODs?

Okay, so I *thought* my computer was fine, but yesterday it started p*ssing me off again. What a surprise... If you knew how many BSODs this friggin system has gone through, you would be surprised.

Anyway, I've gotten 2 BSODs since I thought it was fixed. No minidump files have been produced and there are no report IDs in the Event Viewer.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000024 (0x001904fb, 0xb47414d0, 0xb47410b0, 0x83453688). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: . (9/14/2010 11:02:58 AM)

Well, guess what? The problem has returned. And there are several error, not just the bugcheck. I will try to list them all as they show in Event Viewer under System.

-The DNS proxy agent...Between 20-50 times from 9pm-3am. Seriously the viewer is full of these errors.
-IPv6 stack (2:40:20, 2:28:13, 2:12:32, 1:37:03, 1:34:59) - Sometimes precedes DNS proxy agent error.
VideoAccelerator (last one at 9:55) periodically
-The SQL Server Browser (1:36:24) periodically

And then, get this, an error at 2:21 pm yesterday. No BlueScreen (BugCheck). Just "shutdown unexpected" and "system rebooted without cleanly shutting down" messages.

That's about it. Three BugChecks in the past 48 hours and nothing since last Monday.
I probably should have organized this last post better, but I best be steppin' for now so this is what you have to go off to see if you can find my problem.

Please I really want my computer to stop being such a piece of sh*t. Sometimes I just wanna throw it out the window.

PS: the last two bugchecks were completely random as I see it. I had to reinstall Adobe Flash recently so that COULD be related to the problem. Maybe. I will look into it. Just holla back if you have any suggestions or comments you can give me.

As soon as I thought the problem had left, itttttttttts baaaaaaaack...wouldn't you just LOVE to be me? This POS is driving me crazy!

Regarding the SQL server, I did uninstall it; the error is still there. I just disabled all 3 SQL services in "Local Services" so hopefully that fixed it.

I zipped up all the files you requested, plus an updated jcgriff folder and performance report.

Oh, no luck with the hotfile thing. Internal server error. Seems I get this no matter where I try to upload the dang file.
