Unmountable Boot Volume in Windows X64

hello master
I have a Sony VAIO notebook, and problematic, blue screen appears with the description "unmountable_boot_volume"
is there anything that can help me to fix this?

Hi,.. I've got an unmountable boot volume message on boot up of my C:/ which is a 500GB WD Raptor. I've tried to get it to boot up all day.
