    Window Explorer Have Stop Working --- HELP PLEASE


    Hi all, i recently bought a new laptop i7-720 4 gb ram ati 5470 graphic card . However just last night the window explorer have stopped working error keeps appearing at random interval after the occurance the window explorer restarts itself. I did a check online and scan my laptop with avira and mal ware byte(cleared all virus malware) i updated all windows update as well but the problem is still there. Is there any tin else i can do ? Thanks for all help

    i skipped step 1 as i have no idea on how to usage the program . Step 2 seems to solved the problem (as least so far , i hope it stay that way)is there way to find out if wat program triggered the fault ?

    i am unable to open the log file for SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
    is that a problem ?

    Your Most Welcome !

    There might be something wrong with the Log that might be the reason it's not opening. As far the issue is gone you should be good. Some System file might be damaged ot corrupted so running the System file checker could have fixed it.
