I'm far from being an expert, but isn't 62 degrees pretty hot for a CPU? Also, from my past experiences, BCCode 50 usually points to a hardware issue. That's just my two cents, but I'd wait for one of the pro's here to evaluate your problem. They know their stuff way more than I do.
demdens,
Can you wrap your minidump up in a zip file and attach same to your next post?
Oh yes, 62 is on the hot side but can be tolerated for short periods normally.
and 0x50 is usually associated with hardware problems unless your running a program that hasn't been tested. Here let's see what cryptic info windbg says about that.
---------------
1: kd> !analyze -show 0x50
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,
it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it
is pointing at freed memory.
-------------------------------
Download, install, and run SpeedFan. Don't worry about all the possible settings. All you want is to be able to monitor your temps.
SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer
Now an easy way to bring the temp down is to change to PowerSaver plan, disconnect usb devices, turn down display brightness.
WIN + X key combo | in the Battery Status section, choose Power Saver
WIN is the key with the wavy flag.
Now "Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00GHz 47 °C" ^^ I think 62*C because i'm playing NFS
thks karlsnooks, but i have no problem with winXP and i'm using automatically recommended driver. I think VGA 9800 GT not support for Win7.
here is the newest minidump file.
