new W7 install - BSOD

    Thank you Jonathan. I ran the cpes_clean.exe prior to. It won't run now as it can't detect any installation of ZA.

    On the Kaspersky, I don't have that one installed (never did to my knowledge - is it related to ZA in some fashion?). The uninstaller is not running either as it can't detect an install.

    Try running the attached .bat file. That should clean up the drivers still present.
