Start out by going here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-

Download and install the ATK0110 Driver from the Utilities section. It will appear as a DOS screen flashing, that is normal.
    Code:
    ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
    Install this Realtek driver: Realtek

Remove Avira with this tool: http://www.avira.com/en/documents/ut...ninstXPeng.zip

    Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

If the problem perists after completing those steps, enable driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Wait for a few BSODs, and then follow the BSOD Posting Instructions sticky again.

You'll want the Win 7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Driver.
