display related bsod

kie so im getting what's probably the most common problem here... teh infamous nvlddmkm bsod

This usually happens when i play a graphically intense game like assassins creed 2 or splinter cell conviction.... it would crash after 5 mins of playing... i would then go into safe mode uninstall the drivers and remove any other nvidia files i could find and then go back to normal mode and reinstall the drivers... restart and then play... adn it would be ok but if i quit the game and maybe play the next day (after a shut down and start) it would do the same thing again meaning id have to do the whole safemode uninstall normal mode reinstall stuff all over again... its frustrating and kinda depressing...

attached is the info. see if theres anythign else that its reporting other than the display crash

System must be a bit over a year and a half old but my operating system was reinstalled in august this year

another quick question the stpd.sys uninstaller u mentioned... the link you have has a setup to install it but no uninstaller... i uninstalled my daemon tools and now do i have to install the stpd from the link and uninstall that to make sure its gone completely???

You have to run the setup program to uninstall it. There should be an Uninstall button on one of the screens (I think it may be the first one you see).

ahh yeah i saw it and came back here to say not to bother...cuz i saw the uninstall option adn i feel silly lol

kie so update on my problem... about the time i made my first post my pc completely stopped... in the sense i cud boot in safe but not in normal mode... so i did a clean install again of windows 7 ultimate 64... i didnt install daemon again and now used the stpd thing to see if there was a need to uninstall... i played assassins creed 2 again and its been perfect... i finished the game and uninstalled it... installed star wars force unleashed and viola...crash again... i dont get it... im really worried if this is a graphics card related issue...

Upload the latest minidump from C:\Windows\Minidump please (you have to copy it to the desktop before zipping it up).

i dotn have that folder now... think tis cuz i didnt realy get a blue screen [i know i did say it crashed... sorry i just didnt mean bsod]... it just froze up... i went to safe adn did te whole cycle of removing nvidia drivers usig the driver sweeper to remove all traces , booted back into normal mode and then reinstalled the new drivers. played the game and now its ok... dont know how its gonna be when i try tomorrow (after a shut down start up)

kie so this is my minidump the bsod info and the perfmon file as well... it was taken today just after i had another bsod after playing a game... any ideas what else i could try???

could the issue arise if my smps didnt give enough power to the graphics card
