    BSOD Windows 7 BCCode 50

    Hi all.

I really appreciate all the help I can get.

I have this machine, that I have built myself about little over a month ago, using spare and new parts. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, since I have been using it a lot and find it the best OS.

All is good for several weeks. Then suddenly, when I boot up and log in to windows, one of my external HDDs (Maxtor Basics Desktop 500GB) does not show properly. The thing is, when taking a look in the Computer (from start menu) it is there, with the default letter (G:\), but the counters for the space left and used are not shown, and opening it will encounter an error saying that I must run chkdsk. Problem was, that I could not do that. No matter what I did. So after fiddling around for hours I put it in another computer, which read it just fine, and then did a chkdsk from there.

Next time I boot the computer up with the Maxtor HDD in it worked again. Sometimes it does not, but now I can just unplug the power and put it back in to solve.

Right after these problems, like the same day, I had the first BSOD on this computer. Do not know if it is related (I do not think so myself) but maybe worth mentioning.
Since then, I had several BSOD of the same type - BCCode 50. (Or STOP Error Code 0x000050)

I know this particularly type MAY have something to do with the memory, so I got my self a copy of UBCD and bootet it, to run Memtest. I had it running for about 10 hours, with 8 passes, no errors. Seems good to me, but does not isolate the problem though.
So I am thinking if it is memory related, then maybe it is the memory of the GPU. (Have not checked, and have not learned yet how).

Beside this I made sure all drivers are up to date. In fact I used the 3rd party programme, Driver Genius, which found 22 newer drivers for my system and I did update after a driver-backup. It seemed it went out nice (initially), but then my computer hang/froze or what the term is when your computer just stops responding, leaving you with only option to use the power button. So i placed in back the driver-backup and it solved.

Then I wanted to get rid of my anti-virus, Panda Cloud Antivirus. In fact it has been good to me, and I was kind of liking it, but maybe (and I do not have anything pointing directly to this) my system and that AV just do not like each other.
I went to Add/remove programs and found Panda - clicked on it, and the system hang again. I restarted by the button, went to Add/remove programs and chose a different program to uninstall. It did. Then I tried Panda once more, as soon as I clicked on it, the system hang.

Ok. So I know something seems wrong with that AV. Now after a lot of fiddling around (stopped all the Panda services so I could delete all files but three) I finally took it out. Now I have Microsoft Security Essentials installed, and it seems - so Microsoft. I think it is good actually.

Anyway, even after completely removed the Panda Cloud Antivirus, the Add/remove programs hangs everytime I call the list. I do not even get to pointing out a program. And reaching it through other programmes, like CCcleaner does the same thing.

I am not sure wether problems are related, but they are annoying.
When I boot up in Safe Mode I can control the Add/remove program just fine, without problems.

I have also made a sfc /scannow, which did not find anything.

I do not want to make a system restore, because of all the trouble I have had with the system in the last 2 weeks or so.

I have attached the output of the BSOD collector programme to this post.

I hope someone are able to help me out and I really hope it is not hardware related

I just tried out Speedfan to check the system temperatures. I am not strong in this area, but I will list the temperatures for the first page:

    System: Green good-tick - 39C
    CPU: Blue down-arrow - 38C
    AUX: Fire symbol - 127C
    HD0: Blue down-arrow - 36C
    HD1: Green good-tick - 40C
    Core 0: Blue down-arrow - 37C
    Core 1: Blue down-arrow - 37C

I am a little afraid of the fire symbol there.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
I just made a quick google search and found this though:
My E6600 temps and: What the heck is AUX in Speedfan? - CPUs - Overclocking
    and
SpeedFan showing 127C on AUX Temp!!! - Tech Support Forum

And starting reading that article, which are concerning laptops and notebooks i dropped it at first page.
But thanks for the quick reply though.

    As more info, I have:

My system runs perfectly. (Beside the 6-7 BSOD and the hang/freezing things)
I can play games for hours, even leaving the game in the pause menu for hours, without any bad symptoms at all.
The BSOD has only showed when starting Windows and 1 time while it was doing nothing.
I have also tried the Startup Repair utility from the installer disk, 2 times. Did not find any.

Lets start with a memory test
    Download memtest86 and test RAM
    www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

If you pass the mem test. Uninstall your antivirus using the uninstall tool and install Microsoft Security Essentials
If you pass that go to the website of your Hard Drive and take the Hard Drive test.
    or this test

    Dear Richard

I had 8 passes - "I know this particularly type MAY have something to do with the memory, so I got my self a copy of UBCD and bootet it, to run Memtest. I had it running for about 10 hours, with 8 passes, no errors. Seems good to me, but does not isolate the problem though.

Also stated in the 1st post:

I know it is a lot of words, but it is also all the experiences I could think of, helping you in helping me, in 1 post.

First follow this tool to make sure Panda is completely gone
Uninstall Panda Antivirus | Remove Panda Software Tool - Uninstalling Panda Anti Virus
If just the driver remains, it could be the source of the problem.
Tell me the results and then we move on.

Ok, funny. That tool I have already used for the exact same thing.
1st time I ran it from normal mode it crashed, as it, at that time, did, when trying through Add/Remove programs.

2nd time I booted into safe mode, and got a succesful message from Perfect Uninstaller.
It actually did not remove the three .dll files in the default installation folder.
Hopefully it removed the Keys from the regDB that it found.
