So far I haven't had any blue screens, and I ran Memtest86+ overnight and it found no errors.

Yesterday I had three blue screens, one while running Windows, and two while turning my computer on after the first blue screen. Startup repair came up twice, and it took two repair attempts to finally get Windows to boot without a blue screen. Both times startup repair used system restore without asking for a restore point to choose. Windows starts now, but some things don't work quite right. For example, some programs, such as Starcraft 2 refuse to patch (the game patches repeatedly without starting), and in Chrome all of the favicons disappeared next to the favorites. In other words, Windows "works" but it just doesn't seem like it's at 100%. I haven't made another crash dump because I gave up after being frustrated, but if I have a chance I'll make one later today. Things aren't looking good.

Edit: Just turned on the computer and I got an "Overclocking Failed" error message from the BIOS with an option to either press F1 to change the settings or F2 to reset it to the default settings. This made me recall that this has occurred at least ten times in the past even though I have not been overclocking at all. Could this be a sign of a bad motherboard? The motherboard is an Asus M4A79XTD Evo.

    Thanks!

We'll need to see the memory dump files to get an idea of what's happening.

    Here they are.

One question: is it possible to tell if the CPU or motherboard is bad from the memory dumps?

    Thanks!

No, there is no definitive test for motherboards. There may be tests for CPU's, but I'm not familiar with them either. Motherboard/CPU troubleshooting is basically eliminating all other hardware in order to prove that it's either the motherboard or the CPU.

Acronis True Image is still running on your system.

Go to the MSINFO32 report and check the Software Environment...Windows Error Reporting and look for stuff from todays date. You'll see instances of Acronis running there.

Here's an instance of Acronis in your startups. Go to the MSINFO32 report and check the Software Environment...Startup Programs:
    Acronis Scheduler2 Service "c:\program files (x86)\common files\acronis\schedule2\schedhlp.exe" Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
And here's Acronis in your Program Groups. Go to the MSINFO32 report and check the Software Environment...Program Groups:
    Start Menu\Programs\Acronis Public:Start Menu\Programs\Acronis Public
Start Menu\Programs\Acronis\Acronis True Image Home Public:Start Menu\Programs\Acronis\Acronis True Image Home Public
Here's the drivers that were loaded when the memory dump happened. As you can see, the Acronis stuff is still loaded there also (some, but not all, are marked in RED):

I renamed all the Acronics drivers' extensions to .bak. However, when I looked in the "Program Files (x86)" folder there is still an Acronis folder for the backup software with executables and .dll's. Should I simply delete all the Acronis files or should I reinstall the software and uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller to make sure that I remove everything? Currently I cannot uninstall it because Windows does not detect that it is installed.

Today I turned my computer on and it gave me a blue screen a few seconds after it reached the "Starting Windows" animation. I restarted and tried again, this time choosing to skip startup repair and try again. It gave me another blue screen at the exact same point in the startup. I then ran startup repair after restarting it and did a system restore. I'll post a crash dump as soon as it is finished. I'm starting to consider reinstalling Windows and seeing if that will fix the problem after all of this trouble!

Sorry to bother you, but do you have any idea what's wrong from the latest dumps?

    Thank you!

I resumed from sleep and was greeted by a green screen. Here's the new dump.

Thanks for all your help! :)
