    Computer freezes quite often...

    Hi guys,
Question 1: I bought my pc two weeks ago and for some reason, I had many problems with it. Now, everytime I scan my computer with my Panda anti-virus, it shows at least 500 spywares detected. I'm not sure if these are actually spywares or cookies and if they're harmful to my computer because of all the recently problems I've had with my computer freezing all the time. I've added as an attachment, one of my many scan result with Panda Anti-virus. Can you please let me know if this is harmful to my pc and why it always appear when I scan my Pc with Panda AV? I also noticed that everytime I did a scan with Malwarebyte, my pc started to freeze big time so I uninstalled it. I also clean my hard disc, deleted windows & Internet Temporary Files and Cookies. I don't want to touch the registry because I'm not sure about it and I don't want to screw up even more!

Question 2: I have a quite big Graphics card in my computer but when I try to play a game, for example Diablo II, the graphics are horrible, there is a lack of color or something like that. Do you have an idea about what is going on? I know there is some compatibility issues with a few games on Windows 7 but this game should work and the Graphics are crappy! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Yannik

Download and install Malwarebytes, update it and then run a quick scan. Report back with the results. Do you get a BSOD with the freezes or just the freeze? If you get a BSOD, please upload them: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Megabytes is reliable. Now run a deep scan; this will take some time. I suspect that Panda is finding tracking cookies and that sort of thing. You can try uninstalling Panda, and I suggest that you do, and installing Microsoft Security Essentials and see what MSE tells you. If you uninstall Panda, please use the uninstall tool:

Panda 2009 (and earlier) AV > Info > Tool

    Panda 2010 AV > Info > Tool

Reboot, scan with MSE and see how your system runs.
