i can only open my pc in safe mode??? how come this problem occur??

You might check to see if you may be able to do step 2 (Method Two) or step 4 (Method Three) in the tutorial below to boot back into normal mode.

Safe Mode

If not, then any additional details (ex: error messages) that you can add about your issue may help further with this.
