Windows 7 Repair Disc Won't Work

My computer recently decided to fail to boot giving me this message. "windows failed to start. a recent hardware or software change might be the cause." I looked it up and saw to create a system repair disc. I did but my computer still won't fix the problem. When i click launch start up repair it just goes back to the page where i just clicked it. Please help

When your computer start to boot up, DEL, F1, F2, Keys are some of the usaual keys that get you into BIOS setup. Then look for the boot up options settings & set CD/DVD first, save settings & reboot. If CD/DVD is in the drive you should get the prompt " Press any key to boot from CD"

That disk may be a bad burn or corrupted. Download the right version from here.
