Welcome to SF. Please post your full System Specs.

Your ATI Radeon HD 5700 driver is recent. Update your audio driver. Also check your network and wireless network adapter drivers.

Let's check the memory with memtest86+

Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

How about your driver for Tenda Wireless-N300 PCI Adapter? That could have an impact on sleep and BSODs.

with a memtest you need to run at least 5 passes which normally takes around 7hrs

at a quick glance I see you have a old version of ASUS probe installed dated 2007 which is known to cause bluescreen errors in windows 7 , so please go to the asus website and get the latest version or completely remove it ?

I see your running AVG8 and if your bluescreens continue you could try replacing with MSE for debugging purposes ?

I have decided to get rid of AVG as it does seem to crash as soon as avg loads up, but as for pc probe, i disabled this from starting up so it should not be the problem but I updated it any way. I will do the memtest tonight and share my results tomorrow, thank you for the replys.

Sambo, disabling a program does not necessarily prevent the drivers from loading. You can navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, find that driver and rename it from .sys to .bak. Reboot and it will not be loaded.
