You are welcome for the help. That is what we do here.

A bad graphics or the wrong graphics drivers can cause freezes and BSOD's. Certainly a network adapter can cause BSOD's. You could have two problems: graphics card and network card; but we know you have a problem with the graphics card.

RMA - Return Material Authorization; turn it in for a replacement under warranty.

I had an experience with a graphics card. I bought it at a computer store and the store does the installation free if you purchase the hardware there. Though I am capable of installing the card, something told me to have the store do it. I had the same problems you are having. I tried every driver NVidia offered. I disabled Aero, etc. Nothing worked. I took the computer back in. They couldn't solve the problem either. They put another card in and my computer worked just fine. They put my card in another computer and, guess what, it worked fine, too. They put it back in my computer and the problem returned. They ended up just swapping cards with me. They were as mystified as I was.
