The fact that you reformatted and reinstalled and you are still getting a BSOD tells you that your problem is most likely hardware. Have you rum Memtest yet? If not, I urge you to do so. The dump does not point out a device driver; but it directly blames hardware.

Error code BE, ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY - usually caused by a device driver or memory.

ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY (be)
An attempt was made to write to readonly memory. The guilty driver is on the
stack trace (and is typically the current instruction pointer).
When possible, the guilty driver's name (Unicode string) is printed on
the bugcheck screen and saved in KiBugCheckDriver.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff9800be400e8, Virtual address for the attempted write.
Arg2: 4d9000010baab321, PTE contents.
Arg3: fffff880031ca6d0, (reserved)
Arg4: 000000000000000c, (reserved)

Keep in mind that the error code usual causes included device drivers. You have two older drivers and one is very obsolete.

Are you running a RAID array?

Carl, i think i found the problem. I replaced one of my RAMs with an unused one and from then no BSODs.

About the drivers. The 1st one is from MagicISO. How can i update it? What's a RAID array? If you ask about the external hard drive i use, i have him connected in USB, just to copy back my back-up files.

I thought it may be RAM problem. That is why I suggested Memtest. I am glad you have solved the problem.

There is an updated version for Windows 7 at this link: MagicISO.com. Download the Windows 7 version, uninstall your current version (that will get rid of the obsolete driver), and install the new version.

If you did not create a RAID array then you probably don't have one. I spent some searching and drill down through the WD site. You might want to bookmark the links below for future reference for your WD drive:

WD Support > Downloads > Select Product

WD Support > Downloads > SATA & SAS > WD Caviar Blue / SE / SE16 (SATA II)

Answer

I think this driver was installed as part of a WD software package. You can rename this driver from .sys to .bak which will prevent the driver from loading upon reboot. You can see if it affects your WD external drive. If it doesn't, you can leave it renamed and you are rid of the driver. If your WD drive no longer works, rename it back .sys and reboot. You can also just let it go unless you have another BSOD.

For the past week or so, I've gotten BSoDs at random intervals. Most of the time, it's when I was playing games on Kongregate (Firefox, utilizing NoScript and minimal script allowances) or watching a video on Youtube. Lately, though, my computer's BSoDs have gotten far more severe, preventing me...

Driver BSODs on Windows 8 and 7
I started having BSODs a while ago while I was on Windows 8 and 8.1, but they weren't too bad for some time so I didn't really feel the need to take care of them. Unfortunately, the frequency of the occurrences began to increase, and so I did a fresh OS install and moved back to Windows 7, hoping...

Frequent various BSODs - memory or driver problem?

Possibly driver-related BSoDs
Hi I'm new here and have a nasty BSoD problem going on. I've been searching for days for threads or info to help out but nothing's quite worked out. I've so far managed to narrow it down (I THINK) to a driver in my Atheros WLAN card. A recurring theme in my BSoDs seems to be athrx.sys so I've...

Plenty of BSODs, driver irql not less or equal.
In the past week I've had 11 BSODs with the message DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. After some google-fu I updated all my drivers to the latest from their respective manufacturer but still had problems. I formatted my OS harddrive and didn't install any drivers but still got several bluescreens...
