    PLEASE HELP! (Simple Instructions..please!)

Ok, I posted a thread about my Windows 7 crashing randomly.
I will install it, then like three days later, it starts freezing, and then, it takes forever, (like a hour) to shut off. Then it turns on, but wants to run Startup repair, and this won't repair it. Please, I updated my drivers, the Windows ppl, said its compatible with my laptop, so yeah. PLEASE HELP!

I originally had Windows Vista, then I had Ubuntu.

maybe somevone else will have a better solution...

If you made an upgrade install, I agree 100% with the above for anything else.
Try a clean boot and possibly find the problem.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If not successful be sure to
    check for overheating
    take the memtest86 for memory
    Download memtest86 and test RAM

I do not see any advice to delete the account.
I see advice that says make a clean install if that is not what you did already.
    Then I suggested some tests.
I suggest that you make another adminstrator account in case you do have problems with the first account.

    No problem
Make a new adminitrator account, just in case.
Then follow my instructions, from above
