Numerous BSOD System Service Exceptions

Hello,

Just recently my system has been having numerous BSOD System Service Exception issues. I purchased the computer in April this year and it has been fine until the past 3 - 4 weeks.

The system is Windows 7 Professional, running in 64 bit mode. The Computer came with Windows installed, but I requested the retail version in case I ever needed to reinstall windows which I have not had to do.

BSOD appears when I'm online, when I'm playing installed games and sometimes when the computer is just sitting idle.

I don't know if this is a hardware issue - memory or motherboard issues of if there is some software problem.

I have attached the Dump and System file collection folder and included in that is the Perfmon Report. I hope that someone can advise me on this problem and if I need to return it to the store for servicing.

Thanks,
Anne

Cybercore,

Thank you for your reply. I'll get the driver updates done and report back on my progress.

The Saitek products had been installed in the last month or so, so that could be my issue.

I agree, since 2007 drivers are a bit old for Windows 7. All software and devices should be Windows 7 compatible.

Problem Appears solved

Cybercore,

I updated everything except the realtek (couldn't seem to find an appropriate download) and so far everything has been stable (knock on wood).

Thank you so much for your assistance.

Still getting BSOD

Hello again,

I'm back again with consistant, random BSOD.

The system has been in to the tech support twice. The first time it was diagnosed as a problem with the quad core and the BIOS was updated. That fixed things up for a number of months then the BSOD started up again. Second time into the shop they found bad sectors on the hard drive and fixed them up.

I've had the computer back less than a month now (it is no longer under warranty) and I'm having trouble again. I hesitate to take it back to the shop and pay good money if the problem isn't going to be fixed.

Just to refresh things I have:
Windows 7 Pro
AMD Athalon II x4 630 processor 2.8 GHz
4.00 GB RAM
64 bit OS
GdForce GT220 Video card
Western Digital 500GB Caviar Blue hard drive

I run both Microsoft Security Essentials and AVG Antivirus. I have attached the most recent jcgriff zip file.

I hope someone here can assist me.
Thanks
