Death by sleep crash

Apparently I'm one of several people that have had problems with their computer to where it either crashed while it's asleep or crashed as soon as you try to wake it up from sleep. I'm not sure what all information I need to post on here but I'm attaching that minidump file. So if any experts can shed some light on what I might do to remedy this problem then any help is greatly appreciated :-)

The culprit is your Network Blocker Driver, nblocker.sys, its driver is fall 2009:
