BSOD after windows update

    BSOD after windows update


    machine is new, fresh win7 x64 home install, began updating windows 5 updates at a time, got through 20 or so of them, did the next 5 and it BSOD upon restart from windows update

    attached my report

    should i restore to the previous 5 updates?


    edit: since this bsod i have completed the rest of the updates and restarted again... no bsod so far

    There is no dmp file in the one you just uploaded. Please upload them again
    Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy all of the dmp files to the desktop. Select all>right-click on one>Send to>New Compressed folder. Then attach the zip file to your next post by use of the paperclip icon in the advanced editor.

    This appears to be a graphics issue. See this link: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

    If this becomes a recurring problem, try uninstalling your graphics drivers with Driver Sweeper, and installing these ones: ATI Radeon

    You'll want the "Display Driver" found in the Individual Catalyst Components section.

    If the problem persists, you may want to RMA your video card.
