BSOD happening once or twice every week

I regularly get BSOD on my windows home premium 64 bit system.

I have bought my computer with windows installed and have not changed any hardware or reinstalled windows.

I bought my computer in december 2009.

Trying to fix the problem I already did:

Memtest ran it overnight for 7 passes 0 errors
Flashed Bios to the most recent version
Updated my network card directly from the mamufacturers (Realtek) website to most recent version
Updated my graphics card driver to most recent version.
Ran virus and malware checks with NOD32 sereral times, couldn't find one. (yes I have an up to date virus scanner altough the windows report couldnt recognize it)
Update soundcard driver to the most recent driver.

Thing I did not do are:

    Update firmware for harddrive

Hereby I post the report of the BSOD I recieved yesterday. The computer wasnt running any programs and all of a sudden it BSOD'ed on me

    Can anyone help me please?

Unfortunately, this dump does not tell us very much and does not point to a specific cause.

Stop error code 109, CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION - usually caused by Device driver, Breakpoint set with no debugger attached, Hardware (Memory in particular).

    Code:

    CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109)
This bugcheck is generated when the kernel detects that critical kernel code or
data have been corrupted. There are generally three causes for a corruption:
    1) A driver has inadvertently or deliberately modified critical kernel code
or data. See Patching Policy for x64-Based Systems: Information for Driver Developers
    2) A developer attempted to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel
debugger that was not attached when the system was booted. Normal breakpoints,
"bp", can only be set if the debugger is attached at boot time. Hardware
breakpoints, "ba", can be set at any time.
    3) A hardware corruption occurred, e.g. failing RAM holding kernel code or data.

To start your troubleshooting, I recommend that you uninstall Eset NOD 32 using this removal tool:Info > Tool. Third party antivirus programs, NOD included, have been know to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. We want to eliminate that as a possibility. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on. After you get your system running smoothly, you can try NOS32 again; but I do not recommend doing so.

This driver is an almost guaranteed cause of BSOD's:
    ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
    Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).
Out of date drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's with Windows 7. I find three out of drivers on your system:
000.fcl Fri Sep 26 09:11:22 2008 - This driver is obsolete. CyberLink FCL Driver http://www.gocyberlink.com. Update it.

    ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005 - See above for this driver.

t3.sys Tue May 05 22:25:42 2009 - Creative High Definition Audio Driver is a driver file from Creative Technology Ltd. Creative Worldwide Support. Update this driver.
Remove NOD 32 and up date your drivers. Let's see how your system does. Post back and let us know. If you get another BSOD, upload it to us and we will go from there.
