Windows 7: HELP! 2 a day BSOD since upgrading to Windows 7 Pro

I have turned on the power features and got another BSOD watchdog timeout error. I ran the mini-dump file and again found it was caused by irsir.sys file. I have disabled the Built-in Infrared device. I am hoping that this may stop the OS from trying to access this.

As for new versions of the drivers for nVidia chipset, I just spoke to tech support at NVidia and they were useless.
